Having practiced since 2005, Nadia is an award-winning attorney with almost two decades of litigation experience. She began her career practicing in New York and, subsequently, Florida and is licensed in both states. Nadia was certified as a Mediator by the Florida Supreme Court in 2012.
Nadia was the founder and CEO of Pazos Law Group, P.A., for 10 years prior to joining Bernheim Kelley. Nadia has made serving clients with integrity the focus of her career, which has helped her to build and maintain an excellent reputation amongst her clients and peers in the legal community.
Nadia earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan and her law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York, New York.
Nadia has been chosen to serve on several committees of the Florida Bar, including Rules & Forms, in which she helped to revise and update language for Florida legal rules and forms. Nadia was elected to serve as Vice President of the Weston Bar Association and is a member of both the Broward and Miami Bar Associations.
Nadia has earned the AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level of peer rating for attorneys, based on legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
