Eric Sachs has lived in South Florida since 1994 and he has represented injured victims of personal injury claims against large insurance carriers for most of his career. Early in his career, Eric represented insurance companies defending injury cases, which has given him keen insight into the insurance company perspective. He has been an attorney since 1989 and dedicates his efforts exclusively to the representation of individuals injured by the negligence of another person or corporation. He has extensive experience handling various types of personal injury cases with an emphasis on motor vehicle, motorcycle and trucking accidents, as well as injuries arising out of dangerous conditions causing slip/trip and fall accidents. He has resolved thousands of cases for clients ranging from smaller amounts to well over a million dollars.

Eric gets great satisfaction in knowing that he is helping injured accident victims during the most vulnerable and difficult times of their lives. Before joining the firm, Eric spent over 5 years working at a large South Florida personal injury firm helping clients recover the compensation they deserved after serious accidents.

When not working hard for the injured, Eric can be found spending time with his wife and two children along with their two rescue dogs. During his free time, Eric enjoys fitness, traveling and exploring South Florida’s great restaurants and beaches. He is an avid professional sports fan including baseball and football.
