Mr. Pepper is an experienced litigator who always fights for the very best interests of his clients. He has built a reputation as an attorney who provides creative and skilled legal representation in a wide variety of matters. Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Pepper joined the securities litigation practice of a prominent plaintiffs’ law firm in New York City, Bernstein Liebhard. Mr. Pepper then joined a Miami personal injury and criminal defense firm, Gilbert & Smallman where he represented countless plaintiffs seeking recoveries for their injuries as well as individuals charged with criminal offenses, including felonies punishable by life in prison.

Prior to joining Bernheim Kelley, Mr. Pepper managed his own firm for seven years where he sharpened his litigation skills and obtained numerous successful outcomes for his clients, including the resolution of a case related to the collapse of a restaurant deck where his client recovered $1.4 million in damages.

Mr. Pepper specializes in holding insurance companies accountable, whether he’s advocating on behalf of people that have been catastrophically injured due to an unsafe premises, careless driver, medical malpractice or unsafe product, or homeowners who have had their property damage claims denied.

He prides himself on communicating with his clients in order to best understand their needs, gather all pertinent information and keep them apprised of all developments in their case.
