Jacqueline Seras, Esq.

Jacqueline Seras is an Associate Attorney who supports clients in personal injury matters. Ms. Seras joined the BK Law team as a summer law clerk in 2024 and has remained a part of our team since.

Prior to law school, Ms. Seras earned an Honors Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut. Ms. Seras began her legal career at Wake Forest University School of Law, where she participated in the Veterans’ Legal Clinic. There, she successfully advocated on behalf of a servicemember who had been unjustly discharged more than 50 years earlier, helping to secure an upgrade to an honorable discharge along with full veterans’ benefits. While in law school, Ms. Seras was an extern with the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General’s Corps (USAF JAG) at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, and previously worked for an insurance company.

Outside of her practice, Ms. Seras enjoys exploring South Florida with friends and taking her dog, Moishe, on adventures. She is committed to using her role as an attorney to advocate for her clients and give back to her community.
