Kathryn Rivers, Esq.

Kathryn Rivers is an attorney in the First Party Property & Casualty department exclusively handling property insurance claims for homeowners in the State of Florida. Kathryn is based out of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Kathryn was born and raised in South Florida and takes pride in the ability to serve the community that has contributed so much to her upbringing.

Kathryn has focused her entire practice on advocating for homeowners suffering from all sorts of property damage, including but not limited to hurricane damage, plumbing failures, vandalism, etc. Kathryn takes pride in taking a stand for the homeowner against huge insurance companies and values being able to lend a helping hand to her clients in need. Kathryn understands the value of having her client’s trust throughout the claims and litigation process and maintains that trust by ensuring she always makes herself available and transparent to her clients. She is always accessible, whether it be by call or email, and will always be the first one to inform you about any progress in your case and answer any questions you may have.

Kathryn graduated Cum Laude from Florida State University with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science and a minor in Criminology. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and in the top 10 students of her class.

During her free time, Kathryn enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching Florida State Football with her husband, and testing out every escape room in her area. Growing up in South Florida has always been a source of pride for Kathryn, and she looks forward to enriching her community even more by helping homeowners in need.
