Alan possesses a wealth of litigation and general legal expertise, offering small businesses and independent clients strategies to resolve various disputes, issues of fraud, civil theft, and more. After completing his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College and his Juris Doctor at Columbia University, Alan began his career at Mershon, Sawyer, Johnston Dunwody and Cole before becoming an Assistant US Attorney with the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida. During this time, he handled cases that included money laundering, personal injury defense, and forfeiture matters. Notably, two of his cases resulted in decisions issued by the United States Supreme Court.
Since 1999 Alan has managed a successful practice focused on business and personal disputes, as well as a variety of injunction work, extraordinary relief, constructive trust, divorce, contracts, non-competes, and other matters.
